97 Children Need Gifts This Holiday – Adopt An Angel Today

Nov 30, 2021

The generous community of Dane County has committed to providing gifts for over 275 children enrolled in The Salvation Army’s programs and staying in shelter this holiday season. Community members have selected children from the “Adopt An Angel” program and purchased gifts based on that child’s age, needs, interests, and wants.

Gifts for over 275 children is incredibly generous. But - there are 97 children who still need gifts.

Without the help of community members, these children will not have presents under the tree this Christmas. Here’s how you can help.

Interested community members can Adopt An Angel on this website: https://www.tsamm.org/angeltree/adopt.dpi?c=7FD0DC28DB1B5252F0ACA04247CF21853F772E70

After selecting a child (or children!), community members can purchase gifts from wherever they would like. They can be hand-delivered or shipped to 3030 Darbo Drive. Representatives will be available to collect gifts next week, December 6th to the 10th:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9AM to 5PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday from 12PM to 8PM

Gifts should be delivered unwrapped and include the Angel Tag provided in the confirmation email.

The Salvation Army is also providing a Walmart Registry containing highly sought-after toys for community members to purchase from. If you’d like to purchase a toy to be given to a child in need, shop the Walmart Registry here: https://www.walmart.com/registry/RR/5cda89af-1892-4b33-9d05-46366ae5bd76

Parents will receive the gifts before Christmas to share a little holiday joy with their children. The Salvation Army thanks all who help make the holidays bright in our community.
