As a Christian organization, The Salvation Army shares the wonder of God's love with those in need every holiday season. Holidays provide a sense of joy and tradition. Even in hard times, encouraging holiday customs may provide a sense of relief and peace. Because of this, The SalvationArmy strives to foster the comfort and cheer of holiday blessings while helping our neighbors meet their basic needs.
The "miracle" of Christmas is repeated over and over again through the joy of caring and sharing. Donations provide holiday dinners, clothing, toys and basic necessities for families in need.
For those in need The Salvation Army Church and Community Center of Midland has available a community Thanksgiving dinner, toy distribution and Adopt-a-Family, winter coats, and food vouchers.
For those who can give The Salvation Army Church and Community Center can receive new and used winter coats, food, new children's toys, or the gift of your time to serve a meal, ring a bell, or sort and distribute toys.
