Sina Locke Promoted To Envoy
Sina Locke, Corps Administrator at The Salvation Army in Warsaw was promoted to Envoy on April 28, 2021. Majors Marc and Karen Johnson, Divisional Commanders from Indianapolis, visited during worship on Sunday, May 16th to present here with her certificate of promotion. “We appreciate the work Sina is doing in Kosciusko County and are honored to present her with the rank of Envoy.” Envoy Sina Locke began working at The Salvation Army in May 2019 and will finish continuing education this fall.
