Heartland Lodge 

  • Motel-Style Lodging

Cabin Options - Meadowlark, Chickadee & Outer Cabins 

  • Bunkhouse-Style Lodging
  • 5 Units with 2 separate Cabins in each. 
  • Each cabin comes with a semi-private "counselor" room
  • 4 Endrooms with private baths/showers (1-4 guests each)
  • 20-22 guests per side of each cabin (10-11 bunks)
  • Linens and Towels Provided for a small fee for each set
  • Shared Bathrooms and Showers each side (2-3 stalls/2-3 showers)
  • AC and Heat Controls per building
  • Free WiFi

    • Across from infirmary which has 2 bunk beds and separate bathroom (rented separately on occasion)

Crest Hall - Chapel

  • Large meeting room and all-purpose facility
  • Seating available for more than 300 people
  • Access to a variety of tables for configuration
  • Audio and visual system with two projectors/screens 
  • Adjustable Stage and Room lighting
  • Stage and band equipment available (check for offerings) 
  • 6 classrooms that can be accessed from both inside the hall or from outside the building.   
    • Each classroom has a wall mounted TV/DVD and Whiteboard. 
    • Capacity of each classroom is approximately 25. 
  • Crest Hall has a large foyer with restrooms.

  • Seating available for more than 250 people

Eagle's Nests - (Meadowlark & Chickadee Meeting Rooms) 

  • Moderate sized meeting space for more than 40
  • Each space has a working gas fireplace, mounted TV/DVD and whiteboards
  • Typically comes furnished with some couches and is equipped with tables and chairs for 30 people    (various set up arrangements are available)
  • Each space has a bathroom, mini-fridge, sink and counter-top microwave.  
  • Each meeting space also is connected to set of cabins

  • Cuckoo's Nest Lounge (Capacity about 25) 
    • Small meeting space with couches 
    • Regular sized fridge, counter space, microwave, and toaster oven
    • Mounted TV/DVD on wall
  • Koehler's Landing / Game Room (Capacity about 50)
    • Recreational hall with options for meeting
    • Kitchen counter space (no fridge or appliances available)
    • Contains an arts and crafts area, pool table, carpetball table, ping pong table, fooseball and airhockey tables, and an outdoor recreation closet

  • Camp fire areas (Capacity about 150 each)
    • Two outdoor meeting areas with fire pits, stage, & bench seating 
    • Free to use for overnight guests; firewood included

 

  • Picnic / Country Store Pavilion
    • Seating for 50 of more​
    • Serving tables and grill available 
  • Small Group Areas
    • White Gazebo ​near cross

Dining Options:

 Eagle Crest Dining 

  • Our staff can arrange and prepare food for over 300 people 
  • Offer a variety of menu items served buffet style or cafeteria style for groups
  • No need for groups to prepare a menu, shop, cook, serve or clean up so the groups can focus on relaxing & gaining more from camp 
  • No kitchen use rental fee & access to coffee, juice, & toast bar
 

Group/Self Preparation 

Kitchen Rentals

  • Groups can rent the use of main camp kitchen & have full access to the appliances, dishes, pots/pans, and many of the amenities
  • Groups can also rent the Sparrow house (which has a full kitchen)
    • Rent one of our Hotel suits with a kitchenette, or utilize one of the meeting spaces to serve bought/prepared meals 
  • Some restrictions apply

Outdoor Grill / Campfire Use

  • Groups can use our grills for free if they bring their own charcoal / propane
  • Fuel can be provided for an additional fee 
  • Groups may cook over any campfires that they make in designated areas

Food Preparation

  • Groups may request fridge space or ice to for coolers
  • Food items may be prepared and bought
  • Groups are allowed to use slow cookers, instapots, or other devices that do not use an open flame to prepare their food inside our buildings
