RESOURCES AND CONNECTIONS
Through your involvement with Pathway of Hope, you will be introduced to both The Salvation Army and other services that are available within our community which offer:
- A network of support
- A sense of community
- Holistic support
- Spiritual guidance
In addition, the Pathway of Hope program is a Service Connector to:
- Housing options
- Job training
- Health services
- Education
- Childcare
- Legal Services
- And more!
WHAT WILL IT INVOLVE?
Caring today for your family's needs, while building a strong future, can be challenging. To help you along life's journey, The Salvation Army is here to walk alongside you and your family to help you reach your personalized goals. Our trained and caring Pathway of Hope Case Workers will help you:
Map It Out: Meet with a caseworker to develop a personalized plan of action
Stay on Track: Chart your progress and see your success with your dedicated case worker on a regular basis
Reach Targets and Mile Markers: At the 6 month marker, you and your case worker will evaluate and decide what's next on your journey to success
Look Ahead: Celebrate your success. Adjust any further goals. Encourage others.
ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible for Pathway of Hope if:
- You have at least one child under the age of 18
- You are ready to take action!
