NALC Stamp Out Food Drive

NALC Stamp Out Food Drive Image

NALC Food Drive is the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Food Drive, and the letter carriers pick up and drop off donated food at various Salvation Army locations across the state of Michigan. We are compiling a list of corps that are participating. This is on Saturday, May 10.

This event includes:

     Dearborn Heights

     Downriver

     Farmington Hills

     Royal Oak

     Warren

The Stamp Out Hunger food drive is the largest one-day food drive in the country. Every year, letter carriers carry tens of millions of pounds of food to help those in need. More than 34 million Americans who experience food insecurity rely on food donations. The food drive provides an opportunity to come together with the common goal of giving back to those struggling to feed their families. Food donated will stay in your community and go to local food banks.

To participate, leave a bag of non-perishable food by your mailbox on Saturday, May 10th, and your letter carrier will take care of the rest.
