Rate: $25/per person/night with a $200 building fee (kitchen, lounge, meeting area, rec room)
Capacity: 44
Upper Floor Features: 11 rooms, private bedrooms (two bunks, closet, and dresser), a men's and women's bathroom, and a lounge (couches, tables, chairs, television, VCR and fireplace).
Lower Floor Features: Full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils), a large meeting area/dining area, a rec room (couches, Foosball, Ping Pong, and Bumper Pool Tables), and four shower stalls.
