           Bring Household Punch Card (if you have received one)

           *If this is your first time coming to the pantry, please bring a photo ID if you can (passport or anything with your name, date of birth, and address). There will also be a short intake from that you will be able to fill out by QR code on your phone or we will provide a paper copy. Information that is gathered is for statistical purposes and not for determining eligibility.

           You are allowed two (2) punches per month; you can choose any two (2) Fridays each month to come to receive food pantry items. Food is given out on a first come first serve basis.
