Please join The Salvation Army, The Developmental Services Center, and Community Choices as we spread awareness and educate the community on the benefits of disability-inclusive employment and volunteerism in an effort to increase involvement for those with disabilities.

This free training is for all Frontline Staff and Supervisors who oversee or work with disabled individuals in our communities. Come elevate your skills as a supportive teammate for an employee, volunteer, or customer with disabilities.

Topics include:
• General disability education such as language, etiquette, and rights history
• Different approaches for supporting coworkers and customers
• Implicit bias regarding employees with disabilities
• Examples of workplace accommodations and job coaches
