This event is to provide free COVID tests to underserved communities within their neighborhoods, and is free to the public. You can pre-register at ChicagoCovidTesting.com. 

Non-painful, mouth swab test | Results within 72 hours
No ID or insurance required* | Immigration status is not requested
No eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, brushing teeth, etc., 20min. before test
*ID and health insurance accepted and asked for, but not required
