Horizon Bank to have red kettle for collections challenge today

Horizon Bank locations in five Indiana counties, including Bartholomew County, will host special Red Kettles in their lobbies today as part of a $5,000 match challenge. For today only, Horizon Bank customers and visitors will have a chance to double the impact of their donations to their local Salvation Army.

Horizon Bank’s location in Columbus is at 655 Third St. The bank has more than 70 locations across Indiana and Michigan.

Money collected in the kettles today will be used for support of housing and support for the homeless and abused women, food pantries and feeding programs, emergency financial assistance, youth camps and sports, addiction treatment and more.
