Facility Rentals

Facility Rentals have been temporarily paused due to a staff shortage.

Safety protocols have been put in place for the safety of our staff and guests as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.


Click this calendar link, and then click the Week tab to view availability. You can then navigate to the timeframe that you are interested in.  The items listed on the calendar are existing space and timeslot rentals that are already booked and not available. The refundable deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is required to lock in your date, time, and space (subject to staff availability and required approvals).

The facilities at The Salvation Army Eagle Creek are available for rent when not in use by The Salvation Army. Facilities available for rent include:

  • Gymnasium (link coming soon)
  • Fellowship Hall (link coming soon)
  • Small Classroom (link coming soon)

Available rental days and hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. In order to determine staff availability and to seek required approvals, we require at least a three (3) week lead time.

To start the process, please print and fill out our Rental Intake & Pricing Worksheet by clicking here*. You can then send it to us via email, fax, mail, or drop off in person during normal business office hours or if/when you come to look at the available spaces.
