We are excited to offer Summer Adventures 2020!

We will have Summer Adventures 2020!

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, spots are limited so we can maintain the necessary precautions to keep the Campers and Staff safe and healthy. We are accepting registrations, and registration payments, but we also have new COVID-19 Pricing*.

Summer Adventures information:

Ages:  5 – 12 years old

Dates:  June 8 – July 24, Monday – Friday, 9:00a - 3:45p

*Week 4 (June 29 - July 2) NO COST (After Care Excluded)

*COVID-19 Pricing:

Thanks to a very generous financial donation, we are able to offer Summer Adventures 2020 for Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) [the registration fee] for the whole summer if you meet the following requirements:

  1. An adult household member is employed (proof of employment will be required) ---OR---
  2. Attend each available Job Readiness Workshop - dates/times to be determined (proof of completion of each workshop is required to avoid forfeiting your camper's spot at Summer Adventures). If your camper is on our wait list, you are welcome to attend the Job Readiness Workshops to be ready if a spot opens up for your camper(s).

Attendance and communication are key components to maintaining a spot for your camper throughout the summer. If for any reason your camper is not able to attend any given day during Summer Adventures 2020, it is imperative that you communicate (phone call, text, or email) any absences immediately to maintain your camper's continued participation. If there are three (3) unexcused absences, your camper will be removed from the roster to open up the spot for a camper on the wait list.

The nonrefundable Registration Fee is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per camper.  This registration fee locks in your camper’s spot!  If you qualify for COVID-19 Pricing, the registration fee is all you will need to pay for the whole summer.

The Tuition Fee is Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per week for each camper or Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($480.00) for the whole summer, plus the Registration Fee.  Fees include lunch, afternoon snack, and field trips (COVID approved).  Payments can be made weekly, or all at once for the whole summer. If paying weekly, payment must be submitted the week prior. Payment arrangements may be made by contacting the Office Manager.

Extended Care:

Extended Care will be available for an additional cost of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per camper, per week needed. Extended Care hours run from 7:45a-5:00p.  Sign up early to make sure there is a spot reserved for your camper (space is limited). Breakfast and dinner will not be provided. If you are eligible for the COVID-19 Pricing, the fees for the extended care will be included.


The Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) registration fee must be paid before the start of Summer Adventures.

If you do not qualify for the COVID-19 pricing and are paying by week, payment for each week must be received in our office by the Friday before the start of the next week (for example:  payment for week 3 must be received by Friday of week 2).  We accept payments of cash, checks or money orders (made payable to The Salvation Army).  During this current COVID-19 pandemic, payments (cash, checks, or money orders) can be hand-delivered to the Office Manager, or can be placed in an envelope and dropped in our mail slot to the left of our main entrance (we will mail you a receipt), or checks or money orders may be mailed to:

What to Bring:

A cheerful attitude, an inquisitive mind, and an eagerness to participate and have fun.

What NOT to Bring:

Toys, games, electronic devices, etc.  The Salvation Army Eagle Creek is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or broken.

Parents’ Information Night:

Our Parents’ Information Night will be held on Thursday, 06.04.20 at 6:00pRefreshments and light snacks will be served. Campers will go to the gym to play under the supervision of our Camp Counselors while the parents have a question/answer session about Summer Day Camp expectations with our Camp Staff.

The Salvation Army Eagle Creek is excited to offer Summer Day Camp again for 2020! We have seven (7) weeks of fun-filled activities, energy-burning opportunities, and mind-stretching challenges to offer for your 5-12 year-olds. Registration and tuition is required to attend.
