Basic Housing Options:

Cabins (Pine, Oak, Willow, Cedar, Elm):

Each of our 5 cabins have the ability to house up to 30 guests (with 15 twin bunk beds in each) with our dorm-style housing. Each cabin has 2 dorm-style wings with 6 twin bunk beds in each; both wings have their own community bathroom with 2 showers, 2 stalled toilets, and 2 sinks along with accompanying mirrors. Every cabin also has a smaller counselor room that connects the two wings. This private room has 3 sets of twin bunk beds complete with a shower and private half bathroom. A Minimum of 15 guests is required for exclusive cabin use.

Seldon Lodge:

Seldon Lodge features Echo Grove's most recent update with a complete interior and exterior renovation. This building can house up to 72 guests within 6 dorm-style rooms. The rooms each have 6 sets of twin bunk beds, but can be segmented into two smaller rooms of 6 guests each. Every half room is complete with a full bathroom. A small meeting room is located in this building (more information below). This building now features air conditioning capabilities in our warmer months. A minimum of 36 guests is required for exclusive use of Seldon Lodge.

Chamberlin Lodge:

Chamberlin Lodge has a guest capacity of 88 between its two floors. Each floor has 10 rooms; 9 of those rooms can hold up to 4 guests on 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and a last can hold up to 8 guests on 4 twin bunk beds. Each floor has two sets of community bathrooms, containing a total of 5 showers, 6 toilets (and 2 urinals in the lower level bathroom), and sinks and mirrors in each. This location features a warming kitchen, complete with outlets, 2 microwaves, a sink, ample counter space, and two refrigerators and freezers. With Chamblerlin, you have access to its dining room and lobby, which can both double as meeting spaces (more information below). A minimum of 44 guests is required for exclusive use of Chamberlin Lodge.

Retreat Housing Options:

Redwood/Magnolia Lodge:

Redwood and Magnolia Lodges are identical, hotel-style housing units. Either building can hold up to 56 guests between the 14 rooms. Each room is complete with 2 twin beds, bunked, and a full bed (able to hold up  4 guests); there is a full bathroom in each room. A towel and sheet set is available and ready for each bed. On the ground floor, two of the bedrooms are handicap-ready with a larger room landing and handicap-enabled bathroom. This housing option has a lobby on the ground floor that can double as a meeting space for small groups (more information below). A minimum of 28 guests is required for exclusive use of Redwood or Magnolia Lodge.

Private Housing Options:

Dogwood Lodge:

Dogwood Lodge is a quaint, single-story lodge. With just 3 rooms, it can hold up to 10 guests. Each room comes complete with a full, private bathroom. 2 of the rooms have 2 twin beds and a full bed, and the final room has a single queen bed. This housing option features a small lobby that can double as a meeting space for small groups (more information below). It is also equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink, and toaster oven. With this option, you have access to an indoor fireplace and can utilize it during your stay. A minimum of 5 guests is required for exclusive use of Dogwood Lodge.

Huron:

Huron is a cozy, convenient and fully furnished house located just across from our Dining Hall that can house up to 6 guests. This home has a master bedroom with a queen bed and private full bathroom. It also features two private rooms with a full bed in each. A full guest bathroom is available. This option has a wonderful electric fire place in a home-style living room, and a dining area attached. This housing options features a full kitchen complete with a fridge/freezer, stove/over, microwave and sink. A minimum of 3 guests is required for exclusive use of our Huron Lake Home.

St. Clair: 

A fully furnished, private lake home with a common room, dining area, two bedrooms, and a private back porch oasis that can house up to 6 guests. Each of the bedrooms has access to a private, full bathroom. One room also features a twin bed with a trundle/pull out bunk to accommodate extra guest. In St. Clair, you will find a fire place with the option to have unlimited fires during your stay. There is also access to a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and coffee pot. A minimum of 3 guests is required for exclusive use of our St. Clair Lake Home.

At Your Echo Grove Retreat, you have access to one meeting space, free of charge with your retreat. We will help you find the perfect space for your group based on your needs and our availability.  Any additional meeting spaces will come at a daily rate.

 All of our meeting spaces come with any tables and chairs you'll need, use of a DVD player, a podium, and sound use. Prices of all other additions are coming soon. All spaces can use a mix of tables and chairs to best meet your group needs. Projectors, televisions, chairs, and tables can be brought to any of our meeting spaces to give you your best retreat! Our guest services representative will help you find which space is best for your group size and purpose.

For size purposes, we define small groups as 7-20 guests, medium groups as 20-50 guests, large groups as 50-115 guests, and extra large groups as 115+ guests

Shelter House

$100 per day of use

Our Shelter House a great space for medium to large groups. The space features a stage, has the option for a projector and screen, has full sound capability, a fire place, and the ability to mix-and-match the space for your needs. There are public men's and women's restrooms available. A minimum of 30 guests is required to use the Shelter House.

Chapel

$25 per day

Our Chapel is perfect for medium to large groups. Being one of our original buildings on camp, this space has a classic ambiance you really can't get anywhere else. This location has a stage, sound capability, and a fire place. There is no minimum number of people to use the Chapel.

Welcome Center

$75 per day

Our Welcome Center is perfect for medium sized groups. This location features air conditioning, a projector and screen, sound system capability, and an electric fire place. There is access to public men's and women's restrooms from this location. A minimum of 20 guests is required to use the Welcome Center.

Thunder Bay (Seasonal)

$50 per day

Thunder Bay is a seasonal meeting space for medium sized groups. This location features air conditioning and has public restrooms available. The set up can be mix-and-matched to fit your needs. A minimum of 10 guests is required to use Thunder Bay.

Gym (As a Meeting Area)

$100 per day

Our gym is great for large to extra large groups. The gym features a stage, has projector and sound capability, and lets your entire group come together. This is perfect for on-site camps or groups around 200 people. A minimum of 30 guests is required to use the Gym as a meeting area.

Dining Hall (As a Meeting Area)

$75 per day

Our Dining Hall has the ability to be transferred from an eating location to a meeting location. You can use one or multiple of our dining halls to come together as a group for meetings, retreats, or crafter's weekends (certain limitations do apply). Our dining hall has a full sound system, and our first dining hall has a stage and television making it perfect for conferences or retreat meetings. This location is best suited for large to extra large groups. A minimum of 20 guests is required to use a Dining Hall as a meeting area.

Seldon Lobby

$50 per day

A small lobby is available in Seldon Lodge. This meeting area is perfect for small to medium groups. In it, you have access to a small kitchenette area, with cabinets, a mini fridge, and a sink. A minimum of 10 guests is required to use this Seldon Lobby.

Redwood/Magnolia Lobby

Please consult with us about pricing to use this as a meeting space!

Our Magnolia and Redwood lobbies are perfect for a small group. The lobbies feature couches and a small table, but can be accommodated and altered for specific group needs.

Chamberlin Lobby

$25 per day

Our Chamberlin Lobby can be doubled as a meeting space. Either the dining hall or lobby can be the perfect fit for medium to large groups and a floor plan can be figured out upon request. There is no minimum number of guests to use Chamberlin Lobby as a meeting space.

Dogwood Lobby

Please consult with us about pricing to use Dogwood Lobby as a meeting space!

Our Dogwood Lobby is a great fit for small groups. The location has couches and a small table on site, but can be accommodated and altered to fit your small-group needs.

Outdoor Pavilions

Please consult with us about pricing to use our Outdoor Pavilions as meeting spaces!

Coming for a day retreat and need a home base? One of our outdoor pavilions may be perfect as a home-base for your group! It's perfect if you just need to gather your group together to touch base, or if you need a place for your team to grab a snack together.
