Inaugural Happy Jack Hustle to Benefit The Salvation Army Elgin

Jun 18, 2018

Calling All Runners & Walkers:

Goebbert’s Pumpkin Patch Farm in Hampshire is hosting their first-ever Happy Jack Hustle on Sunday, September 2nd
and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to The Salvation Army Elgin Corps Community Center!

This family-friendly event kicks off the Goebbert’s Fall Festival with a 5K & Fun Run. All race registrants will receive: race entry, admission to the farm for the day, t-shirt, finisher’s medal, cider and donuts at the finish line!

Early bird registration is available now and ends June 30th at 11:59:59PM. Online registrations will end August 31st. But don’t fret: you can still register the day-of as well!

Friends, family and fans who wish to cheer on the runners & walkers should plan to purchase Goebbert’s general admission ($15) to enter the farm; children 2 years old & younger are free. This can be done with online race registration or at the farm on the day of the race.

Are you up for a little Pumpkin Spice?

Try your luck with the Pumpkin Carry Challenge! Pick a pumpkin and carry it with you for the duration of the 5K! First Place Finishers from each gender carrying a pumpkin will be crowned PUMPKIN KING and PUMPKIN QUEEN!
