If you need Christmas Assistance for your family this year, registration is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from October 7 - November 14 at specific times.

You must reside in 60622, 60624, 60651 zip codes and provide ID/Proof of residency, Proof of child, Income and Expenses.

Tuesdays 1 pm - 4 pm
Wednesdays 9 am - 12 pm
Thursdays 4 pm - 7 pm
