The Salvation Army: Serving Knox County Under a New Name
The Salvation Army of Galesburg & Knox County will be restructuring in July. The changes will include exploration/consideration of moving into a new building, welcoming new leadership/staff and now being known as “The Salvation Army 360 Life Center” – the first service center of its kind. Programs & services that have been available to the residents of Knox County communities in the past may be altered slightly but will not be eliminated.
The Salvation Army has served over 8,000 people across Knox County in 2019 alone and will continue to do so in our new 360 Life Center. The holistic approach to helping our community will remain as we serve the physical, emotional & spiritual needs of all. The successes we have grown from in the past years, due to your local support, will not be lost in this transition and we hope to only build upon the countless community partnerships, volunteers, & donors that we have been blessed to serve alongside.
