Commissioners Merle and Dawn Heatwole, the Salvation Army’s National Commander and National Secretary for Programs, will join us in Holland for the Tulip Time Festival!

They’ll join us for the Quality Car Wash Volksparade — and even more exciting, Commissioner Dawn will preach on Sunday morning!

Parade: Saturday - Come cheer at 2 pm in Downtown Holland
