2020 Watch for Good Promotion Official Rules

Eligibility and Prize
The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit is committed to Rescuing Christmas for our neighbors in need, and you can make that happen by helping us ‘Watch for Good.’
This promotion is for residents of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties only. Every individual who registers as a physical or virtual volunteer bell ringer during the 2020 Red Kettle Campaign (Thursday, Oct. 1 – Thursday, Dec. 24) will be eligible to win one of two smartwatches, valued at approximately $300.
Sign up at RegisterToRing.com. Every registrant will be entered into a drawing to win your choice of an Apple or Android smartwatch.
At the close of the contest period, The Salvation Army will select winners in a random drawing from among eligible entries received. No purchase necessary.
Officers, employees, and those officially affiliated with The Salvation Army, as well as advertising and promotion agencies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other companies associated with the Watch for Good promotion are not eligible. Additionally, immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of these groups are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Watch for Good promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the sponsors which are final and binding. Receiving a Smartwatch is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth within.

Contest Period
The Watch for Good promotion begins on Thursday, October 1 at 8:00 AM and ends on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at 8:00 PM.

How to Enter
Register as a physical or virtual volunteer bell ringer at RegisterToRing.com.
All entries become the property of The Salvation Army and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing
At the close of the contest period, the sponsors will select recipients in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. There will be two prize recipients in all. Official announcement of the winners will take place at our Watch For Good virtual party (date to be determined).
