Smiles Make the Greatest Gifts

Providing physical needs such as grocery, utility and gift assistance,
to emotional experiences including holiday events and traditions.

We are privileged to show the true meaning of Christmas

Because of generous donors we are able to provide toys, clothes, shoes, food and more importantly the love of our Lord and Savior to struggling families in Henry County. Our parents go through our toy shop and choose what they want to give their children for Christmas. We also give them  food and a gift card to purchase meat for their Christmas meal.

Empowering people

We had a single mother and her three children that signed up for Christmas assistance. The mother has multiple sclerosis and was working as a home health aide but because of her MS she had to quit her job. She was very depressed and felt she was a burden to her children. We had a craft day for our families and she came and was able to make bulletin boards for her children. She was so happy that she was able to give them something she made herself. She was also able to go through the toy shop and get clothes and toys for her children.

How we help brighten the holidays

Imagine how it would feel not knowing how you are going to provide presents for your children or how you are even going to find the money for your Christmas dinner. Imagine what it would feel like to be elderly and have worked your whole life and now you can't even afford a Christmas dinner. You feel all alone broken and defeated. Along with our donors we help ease the pain of poverty and loneliness. Most importantly we show them the love of Jesus Christ.

Use this paragraph to introduce the ways you help within this ministry. Then, index your programs or services below. Here is your opportunity to get hyper-local. Consider your audience, who may be looking for immediate help (and make sure they have a way to initiate it).
