This live, 36-hour broadcast includes a wide variety of hosts, guests, entertainment acts, and moving testimonials that help tell the story of how The Salvation Army is helping those in need in central Indiana.
Radiothon is a fundraising campaign benefiting The Salvation Army Bed & Bread Club. There are more than 100 Bed & Bread Clubs located all over the country — all with the same mission: to provide food and shelter to the hungry and homeless. The Clubs help The Salvation Army provide nutritious meals through their feeding programs, groceries from their food pantries, or vouchers to local supermarkets. Clubs also help fund The Salvation Army’s shelters for the homeless, provide motel vouchers for families and individuals who need a temporary place to stay, and assistance with rent or utilities to prevent folks from becoming homeless in the first place.
This year will be the 24th Annual WIBC Radiothon for The Salvation Army Bed and Bread Club.
The WIBC Radiothon is made possible through the generous support of sponsors whose gifts help to supplement donations called in or made online during the live broadcast
