This is the LAST CHANCE to come apply this year! Everyone is encouraged to apply for a holiday meal box! Toys provided for children ages 12 & under. No more applications will be taken after this date.

December 10th -- 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:00pm

*Proof of Income

*Proof of Custody of each Child being Registered

*Mail with Current Address
