MATCH DAY
The Community Foundation for Mason County is holding a Match Day! They’ve built a pool of match dollars ($90,000 and growing) that will be used to match gifts that people give to qualifying nonprofits on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Match dollars will be awarded to each nonprofit proportionally, based on the amount we raise compared to the total raised that day. Every gift will be matched at some level – help us maximize our match!
Give online on Wednesday, August 5, at www.mason-foundation.org/MatchDay2020 (link won’t go live until day of). Choose The Salvation Army from the list and give with your credit card. Gifts of up to $1,000 per donor, per nonprofit, are eligible for the match!

For those who would rather give by check, you can send a check payable to The Salvation Army to PO Box 681 dated August 5, 2020. If we have it in hand before 7pm on Match Day, we can turn it in to be counted toward the match. But if you’re able to give online, that’s the best way!
