We have seen the power of the gospel at work in peoples lives. When we surrender our lives, repent of our sin and allow Jesus to restore our lives we leave changed people.
I started using drugs as an adult and it changed me. I lost all hope. I lost who I was, I didn't know what to do. I went to The Salvation Army on Sunday for Church and what I found was a community of hope. I found people who loved me for who I was and walked with me to be better. I found freedom.
We believe in making community central to everything we do. People need connection and meeting as a faith community is a powerful and helpful means to connect with people from all walks of life. The Salvation Army has many ways to connect, join us on Sunday's for worship. We meet at 10:45a, every Sunday as well as 6:30p every Wednesday. We understand that people work and live crazy lives, we want the church to be an accessible avenue for community, join us in the morning, join us in the evening; join us as we seek after hope and fresh life together.
The Salvation Army is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Our message is based on the Bible, and our ministry is motivated by the love of God. It is our desire and mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
We invite you to experience worship with The Salvation Army in Madison, Indiana. Along with Sunday worship, we have faith-centered activities all throughout the week
What you can expect as a guest is to have a relaxed, friendly, and powerful time of worship and fellowship. It's our goal to bring glory to God, and to no one else. We focus ourselves on worship through music, scripture, testimony, drama, and practical preaching.
