Through various programs, we serve thousands of children in the La Crosse area with immediate and important programming.
The Salvation Army has been actively serving America's youth for over 120 years. Salvation Army corps community centers offer religious and character-building programs that can include Sunday school, youth troops, music classes, athletics and sporting events, arts and crafts, camping, and more.
All youth have a chance to experience educational enrichment, life skills development, and spiritual and physical wellness. Such experiences allow all children and adolescents to envision and pursue better futures.

David Kaczrowski became the Youth Development Coordinator (YDC) at The Salvation Army Manitowoc in July 2019. As the YDC, he works with all of our youth programs: The Light, Sunday School, Revolution, and character-building programs. David plans and runs these programs for our Manitowoc County youth.
When he is not working and planning activities he spends time with his wife and two children. He assists with coaching youth sports so you may have seen him at a wrestling match, boys baseball and girls softball games. David loves working with his community so if you see him out and about say hello.
