As the pandemic persists, perhaps you are feeling a bit like Isaiah – weary, weak and lost in the wilderness. Today, as we enter the second holy week of Advent, may we renew our hope in God. Let us give thanks that Emmanuel – which literally means “God with us” – is indeed here with us, breathing light, love and hope into our midst.
