please use our zip code finder to locate a corps community center in our service region. call or visit their website to apply online Friday, October 1 - Friday, December 3rd.

Complete the form below if you are an Angel Tree Donor only

• Complete the registration form below if you would like to receive printed tags for Chicagoland and Northern Illinois.
• Once your tags are received, display your tags on a tree, bulletin board or anywhere you would like; or, simply distribute the tags to willing participants
• Collect unwrapped gifts from participants (with tags attached, please!) 
• Contact your assigned Salvation Army location to coordinate gift drop off or pick up
• Enjoy the warm fuzzies of having spread holiday cheer through Angel Tree!
