Join us for The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit’s 2023 Red Kettle Campaign kickoff and help us reach our goal of $7.9 Million! We will light the world’s tallest red kettle’s 26,000 LED lights while The Salvation Army's Divisional Brass band brings us heart-warming holiday compositions.
The Salvation Army takes the stage at 6 p.m., featuring a special Salvation Army music presentation and Red Kettle Christmas Chair Scott Wolffis from Commercial Alliance. Pizza is generously provided by Buddy's pizza in the VIP Tent, along with hot cocoa.
The lights will remain on for the entirety of the holiday season, accompanied with a special LED board highlighting The Salvation Army's progress toward its Red Kettle fundraising goal.
Tent location: on the street near 60 Cadillac Square next to the area with the Cadillac Shops and Lodge. Look for the flag with The Salvation Army logo on it.
