Using a holistic approach to treating addiction, a new, state-of-the-art, 22,500-square-foot facility in Midtown St. Louis supports The Salvation Army’s mission of creating sustainable positive change in the lives of individuals and communities.

Outpatient Services: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Intake Services Appointments: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Intake Services (Walk-ins available): 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
