The Salvation Army will be ringing the bells to wrap up their Tree of Lights 2019 Red Kettle Goal.

Thursday, January 16th is the Kick Off with both Chick-fil A Locations Hosting a Spirit Day. Chick-fil-A will DONATE 20% of every purchase to the Salvation Army when the customer mentions the Salvation Army at the register on Thursday, January 16th!

Currently, we have reached 75% ($752,365.850) of our $1,000,000 Red Kettle Goal! WHAT: If you are hungry and want to stop by the Chick-fil-A Glenstone and the Chick-fil-A Sunshine & Campbell you should stop by either location, pick up some lunch and also help the Salvation Army by making a donation while there.

On the first day of this event, – January 16th – the two Chick-fil-A restaurants mentioned above (only the two stores located on S. Glenstone and W. Sunshine) will both be hosting a Spirit Day for the Salvation Army ALL DAY – during their normal operating hours! Chick-fil-A will DONATE 20% of every purchase to the Salvation Army when the customer mentions the Salvation Army at the register!

The Chick-fi-A Restaurants and their teams located at 3700 S. Glenstone and 425 W. Sunshine have teamed up together to host the Salvation Army’s Red Kettles through Thursday January 16th through Saturday, January 25th. Chick-fil-A on Glenstone and Sunshine are working with us to help increase our funds for the 2019 Red Kettle Season. Funding from this joint effort will assist us with our multiple programs – especially as we provide 84,340 meals to individuals in our multiple on-site programs as well as in assisting with over 5,570 households through our Food Pantry. In addition, we provide nightly shelter at our Family Enrichment Center and Harbor House Programs – this last year we provided 14,887 nights of shelter and care to local homeless individuals and families.

All donations made by January 31st will count towards The Salvation Army’s 2019 Red Kettle Goal of $1,000,000.

Donations can be made all day – inside the store at the Red Kettle during their normal open hours. Donations can also be made at the drive thru at both stores.

Please share this with your friends, family and contacts so that we can end our Red Kettle Season Doing The Most Good we all can do!
