to apply for Angel Tree online:
If your family struggles to make ends meet each month and would be financially burdened by Christmas expenses, you are eligible to apply for Christmas assistance through our Angel Tree program. Angel Tree provides new clothing for kids 16 and under, clothing and toys for kids 12 and under, and a food gift card for the household. There are many other Christmas assistance programs, please only sign up for ONE. We cross check lists and families on multiple lists will be removed so that they are only on one.
You must provide a valid email address, and remember to check that email account regularly for information about your application. This is how we will communicate if there is a problem with your application, when you are approved, and your pick up information.

- Picture ID for parent/guardian.
- Proof of Address (utility bill, lease front page, piece of mail)
- Household members who are not qualified angels
- List all members of the household who are 17 and over.

This could be a medical card, shot record from doctors office, papers from school, etc. Please note that social security cards ARE NOT accepted and we ask that you don't submit these. )
