Backpack Distribution

The Back to School Distribution will be held on Saturday, Aug. 18. There will also be a Back-to-School carnival for those who live in the Noble Corps district (cities listed below) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Participants who register before Thursday, Aug. 16 will be able to pick up their backpacks from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18. We will not open the doors until 10:00 a.m. Those who are registered must sign in before 11:45 a.m. on the day of the event to be guaranteed a backpack. We will close registration and open a waitlist registration when we have reached capacity. Please note, we will not guarantee backpacks for walk-ins or those who are on the waitlist. If there are backpacks left over, we will accept walk-ins and those on our waiting list from 12:00-1:00 p.m. You are not guaranteed a backpack.

Qualifications:

• You must live in one of the following cities: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Corcoran, Crystal, Crystal Bay, Dayton, Golden Valley, Greenfield, Hanover, Hassan Township, Maple Grove, Medicine Lake, New Hope, Osseo, Plymouth, Robbinsdale, or Rogers. We will require verification of address at the time of distribution.
• You must be the legal parent or guardian of each child that is registered.
• Only children in grades K-12 are eligible to receive backpacks. There is a one backpack for child limit

You must provide the following documentation when you come in on Aug. 18 in order to receive a backpack.

• Photo ID for yourself (the parent or guardian registered on this form)
• Piece of mail with your name and address (the parent or guardian registered on this form)
• Medical card, birth Certificate or social security card for each child
