Promoting Independence

The Caring Partners Adult Day Program is designed to promote socialization, healthy living, and community involvement for adults 18 and older with mental or physical disabilities, including Alzheimer's, Dementia, TBI. victims of stroke, and other conditions. The program also provides the caregivers of these individuals with the respite they need to remain employed, and complete other tasks required of them, while still knowing their loved one is safe and cared for throughout the day.

Our Mission

We seek to increase the quality of life for adults physically and mentally challenged through a supportive day program, promoting independence and empowering each individual to remain in a community setting.

Who We Serve

We are a supportive facility for adults who need specialized care throughout the day. Care is provided by licensed staff without discrimination to guests 18 years of age or older. We also provide caregivers and loved ones with respite in order to decrease caregiver burnout, and ensure that caregivers are able to remain employed.

Eligibility Guidelines

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The Caring Partners Program is a tobacco free program. Smoking and other types of tobacco are not allowed on our grounds.
