Join The Salvation Army’s 2nd Annual Tree Lighting and Kettle Kickoff celebration on Friday, Nov. 10, at 5:30 p.m. at Rice Park in downtown St. Paul. This year’s event will feature Football HOF Cris Carter, musical performances by The Voice semi-finalist Kat Perkins, and #1 Billboard chart recording artist Jovonta Patton. Plus, free cookies and hot chocolate, while supplies last.
