It takes all of us to meet the needs of our community
The Salvation Army’s annual 2-million pound food drive is happening right now. Your help will provide relief to families struggling against rising food costs and supply chain issues.
Currently, 1 in 17 Minnesotans struggle with food insecurity, including 1 in 11 children. With 65,000 Minnesota families still behind in their rent and at risk of eviction, food from a Salvation Army food pantry can stretch dollars to help cover rent and utility bills.
By collecting 2 million pounds of food, we will be able to provide enough meals to fill Salvation Army food shelves for three months.
Donate online or drop off your non-perishable items at any participating Twin Cities partners throughout the month of March.
