Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.
How we help cure hunger
Food Shelf
Our food shelves offer a wide range of groceries, allowing individuals and families in need to stretch their budgets. Food boxes may include shelf-stable pantry items, breads, cereals, meat and other household necessities. On occasion, fresh produce is also made available.
Lakewood Social Services Food shelf schedule:
Monday 9:30 – 2:30 pm
Tuesday 9:30 – 2:30 pm
Wednesday 9:30 – 2:30 pm
Thursday 9:30 – 12:30 pm
Friday 12:00 – 2:30 pm
