Come hungry: Free Thanksgiving dinners served across MN, ND
The Salvation Army spent the past week giving turkeys and all the fixings to hundreds of families in need. The next item on our Thanksgiving agenda is just as tasty: hot turkey dinners for all.
On Thursday we’ll be cooking up turkey, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce and other Turkey Day favorites at Salvation Army locations across Minnesota.
“We believe that nobody should go without a Thanksgiving meal,” said Major Daniel Sjögren, Salvation Army Northern Division Commander. “Everybody deserves to feel special on this important day. We are thankful for the people we serve and the opportunity we have to show them the love Jesus Christ has for them.”
