RecipeShare: Stuffed wild rice meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef (80/20)
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2.5 oz. Wild Rice (cooked)
- 8 oz. Ciliegiene Mozzarella (Mini Mozzarella balls)
- 25 oz. Three Cheese Tomato Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Once combined add eggs and cooked wild rice.
- In a cast iron pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Form meat mixture into eight large meatballs. Take three mini mozzarella balls and press into the center of the meatballs carefully sealing around the cheese.
- Brown the meatballs on each side, turning gently. Once browned, add spaghetti sauce and place pan in oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Serve with parmesan cheese, garlic bread, spinach and sliced polenta if desired.
