Volunteers urgently needed to serve meals in the Twin Cities
The Salvation Army is in dire need of volunteers to help serve meals at locations in both Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Hundreds of working poor and people experiencing homelessness rely on The Salvation Army for their only hot meals each day, and we need your help to serve them.
Harbor Light Center, Minneapolis
The Harbor Light Center at 1010 Currie Street in Minneapolis is seeking individuals and groups (of five or fewer) to help prepare, serve and clean up during breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Three shifts are available each day: 7 a.m. – 9 a.m., 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Harbor Light also needs volunteers to help sort donated food.

W. 7th Street, St. Paul
The Salvation Army at 401 W. 7th Street in St. Paul serves an average of 300 hot meals each morning. Individuals and groups (of 10 or fewer) are needed to help prepare and serve food, and clean up afterwards.
Shifts are available Monday – Friday, 6: 30 a.m. – 9 a.m.

1019 Payne Ave., St. Paul
The Salvation Army at 1019 Payne Ave. in St. Paul is looking for 3-4 volunteers each day, Monday – Friday, to help prepare, serve and clean up at lunch time.
The following shifts are available:
10 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. (prep, serve and clean up)
9 a.m. – 11 a.m. (prep only)
11 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. (serve and clean up)
