The Weekly Word - A Devotion for the Week of April 25

We are experiencing a drought right now in the Midwest, and for some of us, that physical drought might mirror a season of spiritual dryness as well – a period in which we feel disconnected from God and leached of life and energy. During seasons in which we feel physically, emotionally or spiritually parched, let us return to these hope-filled verses from Zechariah. God will indeed bring the rain again. He will sustain us through seasons of drought and lead us into a life of abundant thriving.
