Celebrating Our History of Service: Housing Support

Safety Net Men’s Shelter

Our Safety Net Men’s Shelter serves homeless men—the largest segment of the local homeless population. Clients receive shelter, meals, personal hygiene kits and access to laundry services. These men also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with case managers to develop their life skills and seek assistance with jobs and housing.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many. However, throughout this crisis, the Men’s Shelter staff has been going strong, ensuring they are there to serve the men who need us the most. Since March when the Stay at Home mandate was announced, our exceptional staff of the Safety Net Program have been able to “Do the Most Good” for our community by:

  • Serving a total of 8,274 meals at the Men’s Shelter - serving nearly 3,500 men
  • Providing a total of 2,205 nights of lodging at the Men’s Shelter, averaging 76 men per day

Thank you for all you do for the community!
