The Veteran's Outreach Center in Peoria serves local veterans & their families who are in need of any type of support. Our dedicated staff like Heather are always there to meet those like Jeff who may be facing challenges in life, or simply looking for someone to listen. This part of The Salvation Army's mission has been so successful in Peoria that it helped to bring an end to local Veteran Homelessness and continues to proudly assist those who stood in defense of our country. The services & programs offered to veterans goes beyond the Outreach Center or SSVF and encompasses the wider devotion The Salvation Army holds towards giving gratitude to our local Heroes.
