Pandemic Partnership Appreciation: Canteen
Our partners from the East Peoria Canteen take their support of the local communities very seriously. The Salvation Army recognizes & thanks Canteen staff for not only joining our mission to meet the increased hunger needs that are being served, but also for doing so in spectacular fashion!
The generosity of a food donation goes a long way in creating life changing impacts but the support from Canteen went even further by feeding our Family Shelter & Men's Shelter with prepared sandwiches. These sandwiches were essential meals to community members that utilize our Grab & Go program as well. Help us in thanking Canteen for dedication to helping others during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are in need of local food assistance then please Contact Us Online or Visit our Grab & Go meal program Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 417 NE Adams St. in downtown Peoria!
