Helping a family thrive starts by ensuring their basic needs are met, then walking alongside them on the path out of poverty. Our Pathway of Hope program does just that, through long-term case management for families with children under the age of 18. We also come alongside families by providing space for them to do life together at our community center. Families receive the physical, emotional and spiritual support they need through our programs to foster better, brighter futures together.
Pathway of Hope
The Pathway of Hope is a holistic approach to working with families where caseworkers, instead of providing one time assistance, help people realize their interests and support them in identifying and achieving their goals through a well-defined timeline. We help families break away from the cycle of generational poverty and equip them with the tools and resources they need to reach their goals for a better future.
