Here are several ways to volunteer this holiday season.


Holiday Assistance Sign-Up

This is a time when you can meet the people that we will be helping this Christmas season. We need volunteers to fill out a simple application for each family helped.
Dates: October 16-20 October 30-November3
Times: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Angel Tree

Located in the South wing of the Birchwood Mall, volunteers hand out gift tags with the information of children in need, and receive items purchased for these children.
Dates: November 10-December 16 (Mon-Sun)
Times: 2 hour shifts from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (Mon-Sun) Pick the shift that is best for you!

Bell Ringing at the Red Kettles

This is a great opportunity to help raise money for all the different programs available through The Salvation Army.
Dates: November 10-December 23
Times: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm 6:00 am to 9:00 pm (November 24 only)

Toy Bag Preparation

You have the chance to see the generosity of our community. There are hundreds of toys to sort and box/bag for distribution.
Dates: December 1-18

Distribution

The big event is here! This is a great way to see all the efforts of our community and to come together to help underprivileged families have a better Christmas.
