The Chicago Department of Public Health, in coordination with CTA and Salvation Army is bringing the vaccination station to Englewood.

We are offering your choice of either Johnson & Johnson or the Pfizer vaccine.

No health insurance or government ID required. If you are under age 18, you need a consenting parent or guardian with you on-site.
