God never promised that we won’t experience hardship during our lifetime. The truth is, sometimes we will have to walk through tumultuous seas in order to get to dry land again. What God does promise, however, is that He will be with us every step on the way. We can trust that God will create a pathway to peace and safety, even when we can’t yet see the way through.
