The Salvation Army Women's Restorative Justice Program (WRJP) in Winnebago County provides housing and supportive services for women in recovery from substance abuse with recent criminal history; helping them successfully re-enter society as productive community members.

Women's Restorative Justice Program
The Salvation Army offers assistance to homeless women and their families in Winnebago County, Illinois, through the Women's Restorative Justice Program (WRJP). The program provides housing and supportive services for women in recovery from substance abuse who have recent criminal history. Women can participate in the program for two years.
