Like many local agencies and non-profits who’ve had to change fundraising events due to the coronavirus, The Salvation Army is changing our annual Harvest Festival Auction. This year’s event will be an online/virtual event and it will take place in October. We’ll be using a company called ClickBid to host our Online Auction.

Check back on October 1 for a link to the auction website. Auction items will be available for preview starting October 11 at 6 p.m.
 

With our new auction format, we’re seeking sponsorships for 2020. We have three sponsorship levels:

Gold Kettle Level – $500 your company logo on the event website, on our website with a click through to your company website and featured in all social media advertisements

Silver Kettle Level – $300 your company logo featured on our website with a click through to your company website and featured in all social media advertisements

Bronze Kettle Level – $100 your company featured in all social media advertisements
 

Proceeds from the Harvest Festival Auction stay right here in Sioux Falls! With your support, we’ve been able to continue providing services in our community to help families and individuals in need through our emergency food pantry, rental assistance, weekend meals through Sallie’s Table, monthly food boxes to seniors, utility assistance, hygiene products, activities for seniors & youth and holiday assistance.

We will continue to see the effects of the coronavirus for some time. Those living paycheck to paycheck before this health crisis, are now finding themselves in poverty and trying to navigate the social service system in our community. With your help, The Salvation Army will be able to help everyone impacted by this pandemic.
