We are dedicated to "Doing the Most Good" in Sioux Falls.

Who We Are

The Salvation Army serves the Sioux Falls area through various areas of service, including feeding programs, youth development, Pathway of Hope and more. We look carefully to see the physical, emotional and spiritual needs in the Lincoln and Minnehaha counties and offer solutions to those who need help.

Majs. Geoffory and Leticia Crowell
Corps Officer
 

Majors Geffory and Leticia Crowell were ordained in The Salvation Army Church in 2003. They have served in Indianapolis, IN, Saint Paul, MN and most recently were the lead pastors in Fort Wayne, IN.

They are both originally from Wisconsin and are die hard fans of The Green Bay Packers and the World Champion Milwaukee Bucks.

Both Geffory and Leticia earned their BS in Practical Ministries from Olivet Nazarene University. Leticia graduated in 2011 and Geffory in 2012. Geffory graduated in 2015 with a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership. Geffory was also a cohort of class 242 at The Salvation Army International College for Officers in London England in 2019.

Both Geffory and Leticia enjoy kayaking and camping as well as walking their Jack Russell terrier, Lily, however their very favorite thing to do is to spend time with their grandchildren Vanessa and Peter.
